1)Diet and exercise to counteract gluttony and compulsive responses of eating (much of which has already been preconditioned through various mediums) while maintaining a healthy body that is relaxed and not overly stressed from fear.
2)It requires an awareness to "see the code" and really understand how one learns through associations and what associations are formed on a regular basis as a learning process
3)It requires you tio take moments to "unwind" and sit in solitude or stimulate awakening sleep paralysis where body is asleep while mind is awake for higher cognitive functioning and relaxation.
4)This one requires you to develop a filter before reacting which means learning to stop, think about what you want to say in the mind first consciously, then say it afterwards so you can be clear and articulate. Learn to develop that same filter before you type something. Do this for at least 3-4 weeks to form a habit.
5)It also requires you to be very aware of everything that has been used "against you". By that I simply mean that has been an influencing factor in drawing about associations that form identity, belief systems, and paradigm that form the way you operate in reality. The reason I say it that way is because that occasionally may be against your best wishes or goals... even if you think it was of your own.
This part we will talk about subliminal influences. Then we will get into GOALS. Forming goals and eliminating the belief systems and re-framing them to be more consistent with those goals.
Subliminal influences get you to associate a particular topic or word or concept with a particular product. Check out this advertising leaked training manual for example. Knowing what you now know, you can recognize the neural association and you can now really understand some of the other things that also go on here to subconsciously get you to form concepts even bad for your health such as "cigarettes will save you" when you know that consciously they will only cause you the destruction and harm and early death. Unfortunately the concept is formed and repeated to potentially hold more significance than what you have been told or what you read in health class.
Unfortunately, subliminal images and subliminal sounds are not always visible when you know where to look or what theme they speak of. Actually most are far enough below conscious processing that even if you know exactly what to look for and where, you won't be able to see it. For example, here is a picture with a few shades of the same color. Each with a message and a number to illustrate the different shades.
Here you should be able to see all of them if you really look, but the first one you have to really look carefully. But what if I fine-toon the shades to have even smaller differences... and rather than use a darker color I start with the darker one?
I read somewhere that your conscious mind is capable of processing about 2000 bits of information at a given moment, but your subconscious processes closer to 2 million. This is what your brain needs to be able to do in order to form connections and explanations. The sound "train" or even the word as you read it has multiple meanings but if someone says it they could easily be saying two words "to rain" or "terrain" or "someone with the last name "Torain". The brain actually simultaneously subconsciously holds multiple meanings and then must compose the most relevant and likely one and brings it into conscious awareness automatically. In the case of optical illusions we can clearly observe that it isn't always right and will cause you to hallucinate a reality that isn't there (the perception of a lighter shade that is just shaded by light rather than an equal or darker shade with the false perception of shadow). But it needs to learn very in depth association so it can recognize multiple permutations of ways things could occur. A spider could look much different than another spider you saw before. You may not know which one is dangerous and poisonous but you require the ability to avoid it even if it crawls differently and moves differently across a much different background in a different part of your eye. The brain needs the ability to do this (they say the brain will "assimilate" similar data), but in the process it means on a regular basis multiple things will probably slip right by you without you realizing what your brain/subconscious is doing or how it is learning. Most people are not prepared to be conscious of everything, or they could not handle it all. Unfortunately this can be used against you though. Fortunately if you learn to re-examine and reconsider and re-associate and become like Neo and "see the code" and be able to change it you will be able to make tremendous strides.
It's important to understand what you have probably already been taught
that "the nervous system doesn't distinguish between a real and imagined
event". But you also need to understand that "imagined event" can be
substituted for the word "image of the event" or "simulated projected
reality(movie) of the event" For example...
One of these two image likely caused your heart rate to either race faster or skip a beat. In fact, you may have even looked ahead and stopped reading what you were as a natural response to assess the threat. Maybe even both had an effect if your fight or flight response system is sensitive enough to look for potential threats after seeing the first one. That is the fight or flight response. It may not have triggered for everyone or have triggered nearly as much as it would in a real situation when facing danger. Yet either way there is at least some emotional response or freakout. My guess is, it probably isn't the picture of a non-threatening picture of a bag with a picture on the bag that gets you the most, though and this is actually a valuable lesson to be understood here.
I hope you are prepared to learn this for yourself, rather than simply to tell you. To tell you would mean you are depending upon an external source to come to greater awareness, where as allowing you to find this on your own would be enabling your own creative power to learn to recognize what is going on. Unfortunately not everyone will get this. Please stop and reflect on this for awhile and see what understanding you get to. answer "why does the picture of the bag of the less threatening saber tooth tiger appear so much less threatening and have minimal if any effect on your nervous system"? Answer that before continuing.
Hint, how closely associated with a "threat" is a picture of a picture of something and how threatening is a smaller size? and How threatening is something staring you down? There are many answers here, try to get as many as you can.
The main reason is how strong the association is with a particular threat. By converting memory into a less threatening mental picture, you can control how memories impact you as you disassociate yourself from the threat. The one image looks like a direct threat or at least is a picture on a computer screen of what seems to be a threat. But the picture of a bag on a computer screen which has a picture on the bag of a picture of a depiction of a illustration of a non-threatening size of a similar image does not have the effect because of all the layers of "disassociation".
When you can learn to disassociate, you can learn to "cancel" or at least decrease the effects of a particular association. When you learn to be conscious of what is occurring subliminally you also may be more able to reject the association.
This is just one of many mental techniques, that can be intuitively understood once you learn to develop your own creative force and connection to the self and "spirit", but can help you to learn how to take control of your own brain. Disassociation means changing the location of the threatening image or memory, changing the colors of it to make it black and white or less real. Changing the sounds associated with it and perhaps replacing them with artificial funny sounding characters, rather than threatening ones, changing the size and shrinking it to reduce the effects and changing the feeling of it by imagining a different experience that is more neutral and associating that experience with it. The one problem is if it is a phobia and for example you are afraid of rats and you associate that with say a beach of waves crashing in, you not only may reduce the feeling of rats but may also intensify and generate a phobia of water. You have linked the scary phobia with the peaceful waves that rather than disassociating the rats, you have associated the waves. You have to disassociate the image and make it non threatening first, and you also have to do this from a mental state where the fight or flight is not active and then you can make an association. Some psychologists and "trained hypnotists" have tried to get smokers to replace their desire for smoking with something they really dislike such as cod liver oil and instead they just compulsively drink cod liver oil instead of smoking rather than not wanting to use or consume either. But you really have the internal power, and just telling you what to do is not the same as enabling you to see how to be inspired to learn on your own how to control your mind from this understanding. So you have to be aware of what is going n in your mind and how the fears and phobias and addiction and things you feel neutral about work. If you try to associate pleasure with something dangerous, you can just develop the desire to seek dangerous situations out, rather than reducing how you feel about these threats so you are less irrational. So this is why it is very important that you understand how the mind works first and know the context from which you must apply this technique.
Since your mind mostly uses representational systems to represent the reality around you, you can do some amazing things just by using your imagination. This is how you can just imagine new associations to cover over the old ones and really essentially reprogram your mind. Unfortunately, this is also how associations are created for you without you being consciously aware sometimes even no matter how you try.
For example, there are some "subliminal whispers" that even if you listen the sound is too soft and below conscious threshold. Sometimes the images that you see are too similar to notice a distinction between two colors and a 97% transparent image will be drawn over the initial image. Some layers will be obvious (but only after you know where to look) others will no matter how hard you look not be visible.
So now that you know this, you can recognize the beliefs you have, aren't entirely yours. The emotions are sometimes just programmed or preprogrammed triggers. Accept no shame or guilt for those reinforce the cycle. Instead, begin to heal. Do you think people really want to be addicted to destructive behaviors? Is that in the best interest of survival? Beliefs are formed through experience, situation, association and then using those systems you might then rationalize according to how aware you are. When you realize this, you can form new goals consistent with what you want. The problem that I wrestle with is... If I mostly am a composition of associations that were constructed primarily through circumstance, how can I define that a desire is actually mine? Well, you can't, which is why you must get a handle on the greater reality. I think kids are naturally born wanting to use their abilities to help others. It is only when something gets taken from them or they get scared that they at some point, rather than giving away their favorite toy to make people happy, they look at it and pull it away and say "MINE!" That is when many begin to see things (materialistically) as something they want because others have them or because they want it for themselves, and unfortunately that desire is misguided and not really true to the nature we are born with before a false sense of threat is introduced. Give a kid something then rip it away forcefully in a way that scares him, and that is when he is trapped. Instead make him aware that it is temporary, give him time to give it to you back after the time is up, or let him know he will have to put away the toy and he is more likely to be understanding.
And so before I get into goals I want to cover a few other things to really explain this all the way that I feel I need to. Afterall giving people the keys before they know how to drive is very dangerous, you must learn this first. You must learn how to walk and develop the strength and balance before you can run.
